    Kidney Stones Symptoms:

     

    Many kidney stones are too small to cause any symptoms. A person having stones may not even feel any symptom. However, if a kidney stone obstruct the ureter or renal pelvis, it may cause some of the following symptoms:

    • Pain in the lower abdomen (causes of stones in the bladder)
    • Severe pain or aching in the back on one or both sides
    • Renal or uteric colic ( Characterized by an intense intermittent pain / sudden spasms that occurs usually in the flank that spreads across the abdomen, to the inner tigh and genital area.
    • Nausea and vomiting
    • Urinary frequency, urgency or hesitancy
    • Burning sensation during urination
    • Fever and chills
    • Blood in the urine
    • Abnormal urine color and odor.
